- Amos Harris is principal of Spinnaker St. Louis, developer of the MX District. In that capacity, he is responsible for the development of both the Laurel and MX Buildings, representing more than 1 million square feet of property in downtown St. Louis. A graduate of Yale University, Mr. Harris worked as a developer in New York City for ten years. In 1992, he moved to St. Louis and founded Brady Capital as a regional developer of low-income and historic properties. At Brady, Mr. Harris oversaw the development and management of several properties within the downtown St. Louis Community Improvement District. In 2010, he became principal of Spinnaker St. Louis. Mr. Harris has emerged as a leader in the St. Louis community, serving on the Downtown Community Improvement District board and becoming an active voice on matters of homelessness, urban land use and planning issues related to the downtown.
