They include a 650,000 square foot transformation of the Norden Systems Building (a United Technology subsidiary) in Norwalk, CT, a 700,000 square foot re-purposing of the former Clairol Headquarters facility in Stamford, CT, the 225,00 square foot Cytec Industries Building in Stamford, the 155,000 square foot Olympus Corp. building in Stamford, the 121,000 square foot former Swank, Inc. Headquarters in Norwalk, the 120,000 square foot former Nash Engineering Headquarters in Norwalk and the 52,000 square foot former Norwalk Company Headquarters in Norwalk.
