Spinnaker has a proven record of historic preservation, restoring turn-of-the-century derelict buildings into new cornerstones of community development. Using these structures to create affordable and market-rate housing, retail clusters, commercial office and mixed-use developments stabilizes and enhances neighborhoods thus saving a piece of our history while preserving a sense of place.
